Ratchet top style, fits 1936 thru 1964, Ultima (OEM 34700-36). Comes with the lower studs and outer main shaft bearing race installed. Does not accept the reverse gear idler shaft. Must be used with a 1941-early 1976 counter shaft (OEM 35614-65)
