Flasher Booster
Some newer motorcycles have LED turn signals that operate on 6-9 volts, using a single converter in the flasher relay instead of separate ones for each signal. This can make installing 12-volt aftermarket turn signals difficult, as they may barely light up on lower voltage. The Blinker Booster fits between the original relay and new signals, boosting the voltage to 12 volts, so any aftermarket signals can be used. It includes a 0.8-watt load equalizer for proper flash speed. If the flash rate remains too fast, resistors may need to be added to the input lines to simulate correct signal function. For models with higher-wattage stock signals, additional resistors might also be required.
