Chrome Tour-Pak Latches Kit FLH/T99-13

Individual parts, Tour-Pak latch kit 1995-2013. Includes two latches (OEM 90649-95), two backing plates (OEM 90688-85), two spacers (OEM 53615-85), lock catch (OEM 53616-85) and four rivets (OEM 90965-63). Order latch spacers ZPN 712874 separately

Complete kit with latches, hinges, rubbers and the required hardware to install them. Kit includes locks for the Tour-Pak lid but also the locks for the left and right saddlebags so you can open all bags with just one key.
