Individual parts, Tour-Pak single latch kit 1995-2013 (OEM 90681-95A), includes latch (OEM 90649-95), backing plate (OEM 90688-85), spacer (OEM 53615-85), catch (OEM 90633-95) and two rivets (OEM 90965-63)

Complete kit with latches, hinges, rubbers and the required hardware to install them. Kit includes locks for the Tour-Pak lid but also the locks for the left and right saddlebags so you can open all bags with just one key.
