This new RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) switch solution draws nearly no current in the standby mode and hereby saves your bikes battery power so you can start your bike even after not using it for months. The unit has two 20 Amp load switches which control the power supply to the motorcycle and starter motor. All this is operated with just one switch button. Pressing the switch button once activates the power supply to the sending unit and automatically turns on the ignition if a registered electronic key is within range. Pressing the button switch a second time activates the starter motor. The ignition is deactivated by shortly hitting the button switch again, which turns the unit off. The Easy RFID comes with one key fob and one credit card style key but can also be "married" to various 125kHz EM4001-electronic standard keys. Two different keys can be "married", so that even loosing a key is no problem. The maximum range is between 2 cm and 8 cm depending on the key used.
