North Sea Chopper frame seat base

Originally made for our Highneck Evolution & Twin Cam Softail frames. Not suitable for stock and stock-style Softail frames. Base is 38cm long, 32cm wide and 23cm high at the rear fender side. Has a recess to clear the battery.
