S&S claims that these headers for 1995 to present Harley-Davidson FLH and FLT series Touring, as well as on Trikes add 8 horsepower over the stock header pipes. They give a true independent dual look and feature a hidden crossover. The rear cylinder header is fitted under the bike to reduce radiated heat to the passenger. Headers are chrome and come with chrome or black heat shields. Since the heat shields provide 220 degrees coverage, the version with the black shields looks like completely black.
