Teardrop Gas tank f/screw cap XL04-06

These teardrop style gas tanks, with their rounded shape and smooth fluent lines look close to the stock gas tank as found on 2004-2006 XL883C Custom, 2004-2006 XL1200C Custom & 2006 XL1200L Low. They have no visible welds as these have been finished to give a seamless appearance. Tank takes the stock screw-in style gas cap, weighs in at 7.4KG because it is made from heavy gauge steel and holds 4.7 Gallon (17.8L.) to allow you to go the distance. Takes the stock screw-in style gas cap and stock fuel valve. Fits all 2004-2006 Sportster.
