Image series discs are perfectly machined to complement Performance Machine and Roland Sand Design forged wheels, they do not fit OEM wheels. All discs are made of the highest quality 420 Stainless Steel, which provides a disc that does not squeal or gaul. Discs are available with the centers finished as indicated in the table.
Front discs are drilled for HD bolt pattern 3 1/4"x5"x5/16" counter bored with a 2.22" I.D. for use on PM wheels on most 2000 to present models. For earlier models with a front wheel driven speedo a reducer spacer ZPN752255 must be ordered and for all other pre-2000 applications that require a 2" ID a reducer spacer ZPN752256 must be ordered separately. PM discs on pre-1999 models and all 1988-2009 Springer models must always be installed with PM wheels and PM calipers.
300mm front discs are for use on PM wheels in 2008 -2013 Touring, 2015 to present Softail and 2014 to present Sportster. These also fit PM wheels for 2014 to present Touring, 2006 to present Dyna and 2007-2017 V-Rod. V-Rod and Dyna applications require the separate purchase of one disc rotor hardware kit ZPN235074 per disc.
13" Front discs are non-stock, oversized diameter for use on PM wheels and require upgrading to special calipers designed for use with this diameter disc.
Rear discs are drilled for HD bolt pattern 3 1/4"x5"x3/8" counter bored with 2.22" I.D. For earlier models that require a 2" ID, reducer spacer ZPN752256 must be ordered separately.
Rear discs for V-Rod are for use on PM wheels and require the separate purchase of disc rotor hardware ZPN239911
Rear discs on 2011 to present XL Sportster for use on PM wheels require upgrading to a PM rear caliper. Discs do not fit 2010-2013 XR1200X
Rear discs for 5.50" and wider PM wheels use non-stock 2 1/2" ID discs with the 3 1/4"x5"x3/8" stock bolt pattern, with the exception of FXCW Rocker, FXCWC Rocker Custom and FXSB Breakout, these use standard application rear discs.
Rear discs for use with PM Drive Side brake calipers are 3 1/2"x5"x29/64" and have a 2 3/8" inner diameter.
