High precision, hardened ball-type check valve system provides superior sealing and lash control. Valve seat is self-cleaning and less susceptible to noise caused by oil contamination. Rotating check ball prevents localized wear and pitting. Plunger is precision ground and selectively fitted to tolerances in the millionths-of-an-inch range for quiet operation.
