More and more Harley riders like to improve the performance of their motorcycle and ride them at higher speeds. But Harley-Davidson's are not build for high speed use. Ready to install mounting bracket kits are available for a limited number of models. For other applications it is strongly advised to have the steering damper installed by a qualified mechanic using the individual frame- fork- and damper tube clamps. A 140mm stroke steering damper works in most custom fitments.
