These bungee cords are made from their super strong Steelcor cord and feature adjustable offset hooks that are made from durable plastic material. These cords are adjustable from 5 to 100 cm (2" to 39"), or 100 to 150 cm (39" to 59") making them ideal to tie-down luggage on your bike. Easy to operate: just pull the cord through the hook till you have the length you need and than secure it in the locking groove. It does not get any easier than this. Sold each.
