The complete set includes the weld-on housing for the steering head, the lock, the spring, the chrome cover and the rivet with spring washer. Our frames are supplied with the lock housing welded on, all you need to order extra ZPN711480 steering lock and ZPN711481 cover, washer, spring and spring washer. Locks come with 2 keys.
